    Good details regarding the scanner problem. Although scanner issues most of the times does not effect printing but it does effect copy. I know people working in hp service center and they say that apart from scanner glass other issues are not that costly. Thanks for the post.

    Most of the times these all in one printers which comes with scanner issues can be easily sorted out as they are detached from the function of the printing and printing can happen without any issue.
